Mini Sandwich Tray

2-packages of King's Hawaiian Sweet or Honey Wheat rolls
Green leafy lettuce (patted dry)
16 oz. Turkey
16 oz. Ham
8 slices American Cheese
8 slices Swiss Cheese

- Slice both clusters of rolls horizontally into 2 pieces, leaving individual rolls attached to each other.
- Layer first with lettuce, cheese and then deli meat. One package of rolls with Ham and American Cheese and one with Turkey and Swiss Cheese.
- Place decorative toothpicks in each roll sandwich to hold together before slicing along the individual break on each roll.
- Place individual sandwiches onto party tray, seal with dome and label with "made from King's Hawaiian Bread" sticker.
