Baked Apple Cinnamon French Toast 4 12-ounce loaves (2-24 ounce packages) King's Hawaiian Sweet Bread, cut into 1-inch cubes 16 eggs 6 cups milk 2 cups sugar, divided 3 tablespoon ground cinnamon, divided 4-6 baking apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced 1/2 cup (4 ounces) butter or margarine - Preheat oven to 350¡F. Place bread cubes in full-size 2-inch deep steam table pan (20x12x2-inch) sprayed with cooking spray. - Combine eggs, milk, 1 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon in large bowl with wire whisk; mix well. Pour half the egg mixture evenly over bread cubes. Place apple slices on top in single, even layer. Pour remaining egg mixture evenly over apple slices. - Mix remaining 1 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon together in small bowl; sprinkle evenly over apples. Dot with butter or margarine. - Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour until set and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 30
