Ingredients
- 4 King's Hawaiian Mini Sub Rolls
- 1 pkg. (4) Bratwurst sausages
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
- Preheat grill to medium-low. Place oil, peppers and onion in a foil pan and place on grill. Saute' until slightly tender.
- Grill brats according to package directions.
- Serve brats on Mini Sub Rolls; top with peppers and onions.
