Ingredients

2-3 pounds Pork shoulder, fat trimmed

2 Onions, chopped

2 bottles King's Hawaiian Smoked Bacon BBQ Sauce

1 package Shredded cheddar cheese

1 package Bacon (cooked)

Sour cream/crema For drizzle

1 package KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Hamburger Buns

Preparation
Step 1
Place pork in slow cooker. Top with chopped onions and 1 full bottle (approx. 2 cups) of barbecue sauce. Cook on high for 4-5 hours. (Slow cooker strengths may vary, so adjust cooking time as needed.)
Step 2
When pork is cooked, remove from slow cooker and shred with a fork. Put shredded pork back into slow cooker to keep warm and cover with more sauce as desired.
Step 3
Build your sandwich: Bottom bun, pineapple pork, shredded cheese, crema drizzle, BBQ sauce drizzle, King’s Hawaiian Sweet Pineapple BBQ Sauce, top bun.

Neens from Ono Yum says:

Squeeze bottles are a cook’s best friend. Put your crema and BBQ sauce in squeeze bottles to make drizzling a lot easier!
