Recipe Details

8 slices KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Sweet Sliced Bread

1 pound Brie, sliced

4 slices Pepper Jack cheese

4 slices White Cheddar cheese

2 Granny Smith apples

1/4 cup Mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons Sriracha


Step 1
Whisk mayo, Dijon mustard and Sriracha in a small bowl. Set aside.
Step 2
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Step 3
Spread Spicy Dijon to the unbuttered sides of the bread.
Step 4
Spicy Dijon side up, evenly arrange equal portions of brie, apples, one slice of pepper jack and one slice of cheddar, in that order. Place other half of bread on top, Spicy Dijon side down.
Step 5
Grill sandwich on medium heat in pan until golden brown on the outside and cheese is melted. Flip as needed to evenly cook.
Step 6
If desired, cut sandwich in half, plate and enjoy!
This bread has the best taste and its sweet.
