Turkey Mini Sub

Makes 1 Serving.
Ingredients
    1 King's Hawaiian Mini Sub Roll
    1-2 Slices, Muenster Cheese
    2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
    8 oz. Sliced Deli Turkey
    2 Medium Tomatoes, Sliced
    1-2 Leaves, Green Leafy Lettuce
Preparation
    1. Spread Dijon Mustard evenly on the bottom of the King’s Hawaiian Mini Sub Rolls.
    2. Cover the bottom layer with lettuce allowing edges to slightly extend beyond the bread.
    3. Top with tomato slices, then sliced turkey to cover the entire surface.
    4. Place 1-2 slices of Muenster cheese.
    5. Add the top layer of bread, with more Dijon Mustard, to taste.
Makes 1 Serving.
