Ingredients

4 slices (about half the loaf) KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Round Bread (slice each piece about 1” thick)

2 cups Oats

1/2 cup Coconuts

1/2 cup Sliced almonds

1 cup Peanut butter

1/2 cup Honey

1/4 cup Butter melted

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x13” pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
Step 2
Remove crust from bread slices. Slice bread into small cubes.
Step 3
Add bread to a large bowl. Stir in oats, almonds, and coconut.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, melted butter, and honey with a hand mixer. Pour over bread mixture. Stir to combine, using your hands if necessary.
Step 5
Press into prepared pan. Bake 20-25 minutes until the edges begin to brown.
Step 6
Cool completely before slicing into bars.
