Pork Sandwich
Ingredients
1 (16 oz.) loaf King's Hawaiian Sweet Bread
1 (20 oz.) pkg. refrigerated, prepared barbecued pork
1 1/2 cups prepared creamy coleslaw
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 325° F.
- Wrap bread in foil and warm in oven for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat prepared barbequed pork according to package instructions.
- Slice loaf horizontally into 2 pieces, cutting bottom half about 1-inch above lip of aluminum pan.
- Spread meat evenly over bottom of loaf, which as been removed from the aluminum pan.
- Top with coleslaw.
- Place bread top over fillings.
- Cut into 8 wedges and secure with toothpicks or short skewers.
- Serve immediately.
Makes 8 servings.
