Bacon Jalapeño Flatbread

8 oz. Kraft Cheddar Cheese, shredded
4 oz. Lucerne Cream Cheese, cubed ¼ inch
4 slices bacon, cooked to a crisp, chopped
1 Jalapeño, seeded and minced or 2 oz Ortega Green Chiles, sliced
1 loaf KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Round Bread


Step 1
Heat oven to 350F

Step 2
Slice the round bread sideways about 1/2” thick to make a pizza shaped round. If you would like a more “flatbread” look, you can also cut off round edges to make a rectangular shape. (You should be able to yield 3 round shaped ½” flatbreads from one King’s Hawaiian Round Bread Loaf.)

Step 3
Spread cream cheese evenly on flatbread tops.

Step 4
Evenly distribute jalapeño and chopped bacon like you would with pizza toppings.

Step 5
Top it off by sprinkling your cheddar cheese throughout the flatbread.

Step 6
Bake for about 10 minutes or until cheddar cheese is melted.

Step 7
Serve hot and enjoy!
