Cowboy Burger

2 pounds Lean ground beef
1 cup Dry breadcrumbs
2 Eggs
8 slices Cheddar cheese
8 slices Smoked bacon, cooked
2 Onions, sliced and grilled
Salt & pepper to taste
Granulated Garlic salt to taste
1 bottle KING'S HAWAIIAN Smoked Bacon BBQ Sauce
1 package KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Hamburger Buns


Step 1
By hand, mix meat and 4 Tbsp. BBQ Sauce, breadcrumbs and eggs until blended.

Step 2
Shape ground beef into 16 (thin to medium sized) patties and season with salt, pepper and granulated garlic to taste.

Step 3
Grill or broil meat patties until preferred temperature, placing slices of cheese on each patty just before they are done. Let cheese melt. Set aside.

Step 4
Toast King’s Hawaiian Hamburger Buns if desired.

Step 5
Build your burger: Bottom bun, KING’S HAWAIIAN Smoked Bacon BBQ Sauce, hamburger patty w/ cheese #1, hamburger patty w/ cheese #2, slice of bacon, grilled onions, top bun.
