Every summer my family would head up north to our grandparents cottage. On the way there, we would jam to Jimmy Buffett, and of course his parrot-head anthem Cheese Burger In Paradise. I wanted to incorporate the memories of those summers into one delicious burger.

Season 1 1b ground turkey and form into rectangles to fit Mini Sub rolls. slice tomato and tear romaine lettuce. Butter sub rolls and sprinkle w/ garlic powder. Grill meat until done. Grill buns 1 minute. Assemble. Mix 1/4 C Guava Jelly 1 tsp horseradish. Spread on buns and serve
