Fried Chicken Sliders

6 - 12 Chicken tenders (frozen or homemade)
4 cups Coleslaw mix
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons KING'S HAWAIIAN Big Island Lava Sauce
Salt & pepper To taste
Dill pickle chips *
Parsley, chopped for garnish *
1 package King's Hawaiian Jalapeño Rolls


Step 1
Bake or fry your chicken tenders.

Step 2
While chicken is cooking, you can prep and make your Lava Slaw. In a bowl combine slaw mix, mayo, KING’S HAWAIIAN Big Island Lava Sauce, salt and pepper. Blend well and put in fridge.

Step 3
When your chicken is done cooking, cut tenders in half if needed so they fit into slider rolls.

Step 4
Construct your Fried Chicken Sliders: Bottom roll, pickle chips, chicken tender, Lava Slaw, top roll. Use a toothpick if needed to keep the slider together. Garnish plate with chopped parsley.
