Greek Bruschetta

Ingredients

8 KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls
1 pint Grape or cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/3 cup Pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
1/2 cup Crumbled feta cheese
1/4 red onion chopped
4 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil + extra for brushing rolls
2 tablespoons Dill, fresh or dried
Garlic salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1
Split all the rolls in half. Using a serrated knife will give you a nice clean cut.

Step 2
Brush all pieces with olive oil.

Step 3
Toast the bread in a grill pan on medium heat for about 2 minutes or until you have grill marks. Set aside.

Step 4
Combine tomatoes, olives, feta & red onion in a bowl.

Step 5
Gently toss with olive oil & dill.

Step 6
Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 7
Top grilled bread with bruschetta mixture. Serve immediately.
