Grilled Vegetable Sandwiches

Ingredients

Vegetable Marinade *
1/4 cup Yellow Mustard
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
3 cloves garlic minced
1/4 cup olive oil

Sandwich *
1 Eggplant
2 Red bell peppers
2 green zucchini
2 yellow zucchini
1 Red Onion
1 KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Hamburger Buns
Crispy fired onions
Yellow Mustard

Preparation

Step 1
Mix all marinade ingredients together in a bowl.

Step 2
Slice all vegetables into "steaks" and coat with whatever marinade you prefer.

Step 3
Grill vegetables.

Step 4
Spread mustard on each half of the bun and grill on direct heat on the grill.

Step 5
Assemble the sandwiches to your liking topping the vegetables with crispy fried onions if desired.
