Ground Turkey Tacos in King's Hawaiian "shells"

1 1/4 pound package Taco seasoned ground turkey
1 Tomato, chopped
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 cup Shredded cheese
1 5.3 ounce container plain greek yogurt
1 Avocado, sliced (optional)
1 package KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Sweet Sliced Bread


Step 1
In a frying pan, brown the ground turkey until cooked.

Step 2
Using a rolling pin, gently roll out each slice of bread until flat. The thickness of the bread should be more like a pancake, not thin like a crepe. Then using a large circle cookie cutter, cut out rounds from each slice. These are your “taco shells.”

Step 3
Pack all ingredients in BPA free plastic containers so that your child can have a taco bar at school. Be sure to include a spoon to scoop the ingredients into the taco shell.

Step 4
Construct tacos at school and eat with a smile.
