Herbed Salmon Bites on Toast Rounds

4-5 slices KING’S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Sliced Bread

5 ounces Pink salmon

1/3 cup Whipped chive cream cheese

1/4 teaspoon Lemon zest

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/3 teaspoon Ground pepper

1/3 teaspoon Cayenne

Fresh dill & radish slices, for garnish

Step 1
Lightly toast bread slices and cut into 8-10 bite sized rounds. (You can use a small, round cookie cutter or use an inverted shot glass.)
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, salmon, lemon zest and juice, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Spoon or pipe onto toasted bread rounds. Garnish with slices of radish and small sprigs of dill. Serve immediately.
