Honey Toast

4 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons honey
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Cubed Mango, strawberry, banana, kiwi (or seasonal fruit)
Sprinkle Crispy rice cereal
6 slices KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Sweet Sliced Bread


Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 degrees

Step 2
Set aside one slice of bread. Cut the middles of 5 slices of bread leaving ¼”- ½” frame. Cut middles of bread into ½” cubes and set aside

Step 3
Melt butter and sugar in skillet and brush onto the diced bread. Toast bread frames, diced bread and whole in 300 degree oven for 5 minutes

Step 4
Put uncut slice on bottom and stack bread frames on top. Mix cubed bread with some of diced fruit and fill into assembled stack of bread. Drizzle with honey, top with remaining fruit, ice cream, and crispy rice cereal
