Hot Spinach, Chicken and Feta Rolls

2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
1 package KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls
1 (10 ounce) tub Sabra Spinach and Artichoke Hummus
1 1/2 cups Chopped Cooked Chicken
2 tablespoons Garlic minced
2 1/2 cups Feta cheese
1/2 cup Yellow onion, small diced
1 cup Chopped fresh spinach


Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Oil muffin pan cups with the olive oil.

Step 2
Combine Sabra Spinach and Artichoke Hummus, garlic, onions, cooked chicken, and 2 cups feta cheese a large bowl.

Step 3
Cut rolls in half horizontally, creating a top bun and bottom bun.

Step 4
Cut the individual top buns into quarters.

Step 5
Place bottom buns into oiled muffin pan.

Step 6
Place about 2 Tbsp. of filling onto each individual bottom bun that was placed into the muffin cups. Top with chopped spinach.

Step 7
Place quartered top bun on top of spinach.

Step 8
Sprinkle remaining feta cheese on top of completed sliders.

Step 9
Bake in 400 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
