King's Hawaiian Bread Stuffing

8 cups KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Round Bread cut into 1 inch cubes (let dry out for at least a day in bowl with paper towel cover)
4 cups Cornbread stuffing
1 pound Portuguese sausage cut into 1/4
1 pound pork sausage roll
1 Onion, diced
5 stalks Celery, chopped
2 Apples, cored and cubed
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste


Step 1
Fry Portuguese Sausage, pork sausage, onions, celery till browned (reserve oil in pan)

Step 2
Add apples cook for 3 minutes

Step 3
Add Kings Hawaiian Sweet Bread and cornbread, mix well

Step 4
Add chicken broth, mix well

Step 5
Add salt and pepper to taste, mix well

Step 6
Put stuffing into 9x13 pan greased with butter into 350 degree oven

Step 7
Bonus Option: Add chopped mac nuts on top of the stuffing for some extra flavor!

Step 8
Bake for 30 minutes or until top layer forms a crust
