Chef Keoni Simmons
Chef Keoni Simmons grew up in Huntington Beach. He received his first cookbook in 5th Grade and since then, became very passionate with food. His ethnic background of Hawaiian, Korean and American has given him the curiosity to cook many different styles, most preferably Pacific Rim comfort food. When he’s not cooking up a storm, he’s following his team- the Pittsburgh Steelers, watching new movies in theaters, or exploring the craft beer scene of Southern California.
Recipe Details

1 Pint heavy whipping cream

32 slices Kraft Singles American Cheese, remove plastic and dice

8 oz Elbow Macaroni

Step 1
Cook Macaroni following the instructions on the bag and reserve.
Step 2
In a saucepan over medium heat bring the cream to a scald (small bubbles are forming)
Step 3
Add the diced cheese a ½ cup at a time and stir until the cheese is melted, do this until all the cheese is melted into the cream. Turn off the heat.
Step 4
Add your macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir making sure to cover all the macaroni in cheese sauce
