Nacho Hot Dogs

Ingredients

4 Hot Dogs
4 KING'S HAWAIIAN Hot Dog Buns
1 1/2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
1 Jalapeno, seeded and thinly sliced
3/4 cup Salsa (store bought)
2 Avocados smashed with the juice of 1 lime, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt & pepper and 3 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
1/2 cup Nacho chips

Preparation

Step 1
Preheat grill to high.

Step 2
Grill hot dogs until golden brown about 2 minutes per side.

Step 3
Place hot dogs in King’s Hawaiian hot dog buns.

Step 4
Put 2 tbsp. avocado smash on top of hot dogs, followed by 2 tbsp. salsa, shredded cheese, and ½ tsp. jalapeno.

Step 5
Top off with a few nacho chips, if desired.
