Ingredients

Creamy Horseradish Sauce *
1 cup sour cream
1/4-1/2 cup prepared horseradish sauce
1-2 tablespoons Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
Philly Cheesesteaks *
1 1/2 - 2 pounds Ribeye
1 cup Diced onions
1 cup Diced green peppers
6 slices of provolone cheese
1 Package of KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Mini Sub Rolls
3 tablespoons Butter (enough to coat the griddle)

Preparation

Step 1
Creamy Horseradish Sauce

Step 2
Prepare at least an hour prior to cooking steak

Step 3
Whisk all ingredients together, cover with plastic wrap and set in fridge until time to serve

Step 4
Philly Cheesesteaks

Step 5
Cut ribeye roast or ribeye steaks into tiny pieces (have your butcher do it or freeze and cut)

Step 6
Once you've got the ribeye, onion and peppers all diced up, get your griddle preheated then toss on a generous chunk of butter.

Step 7
toast the KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Mini Sub Rolls then spread a generous amount of the creamy horseradish sauce on each side. Set aside.

Step 8
Next, get the onions and peppers tossed on as they will take a couple minutes longer than the ribeye.

Step 9
Once the onions and peppers start to caramelize a bit, toss on the ribeye and mix in with the onions and pepper.

Step 10
After just a minute or so (watch it closely b/c it will all cook very fast), place some provolone cheese on top.

Step 11
Using a long, rectangular spatula, scoop up all of the meat, veggies and cheese and place on one of your toasted sub rolls.
