Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. In a small bowl, stir together chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper. Place pork in a (3 Qt/ 8 inch) heavy baking pan with a lid. Rub spice mixture over all sides of pork. Add water and 1/3 cup BBQ sauce, cover and bake in preheated oven for 2 hours and 45 minutes or until meat shreds easily.
