Round Bread Salmon Dip

Recipe Details

1 Loave of King's Hawaiian Original Round Bread

1 cream cheese softened 8 oz pkg

1 14.75 oz can or red or pink salmon

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon tabasco sauce

1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper—to taste

3 tablespoons capers

3 tablespoons olive oil

Step 1
Slice off top & carve out center core of bread within one to two inches of side and bottom keeping bread intact
Step 2
Cut removed bread into one inch cubes for toasting and dipping
Step 3
Combine all ingredients in bowl, except capers, and hand stir until combined
Step 4
Brush inside of round bread and bread cubes with olive oil and bake at 400 degrees until lightly toasted
Step 5
Remove from oven and spoon dip into round bread bowl. Top with capers.
Step 6
Use the bread cubes and pieces of bread bowl for dipping. Serve with additional King Hawaiian bread if needed


Fresh vegetables can also be used for dipping
