Spicy Teriyaki Chicken Sliders

2 Boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 teaspoon Sriracha, or other hot sauce
1/4 cup Mayo
1 bag Coleslaw
For garnish black sesame seeds
1 package King's Hawaiian JalapeƱo Rolls
For the Marinade: *
2 parts soy sauce
2 parts Water
1 part sugar


Step 1
Preheat grill to medium heat.

Step 2
Cut the chicken into slider sized pieces.

Step 3
Combine marinade ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved. Place raw chicken and marinade into proper container, cover and let chicken marinate for a minimum of 6 hours. Make sure chicken is fully covered in teriyaki mixture.

Step 4
Combine the mayo and Sriracha to make a spicy mayo sauce, then mix into the coleslaw mix. You can adjust the amount of mayo and Sriracha to your liking.

Step 5
Grill chicken until cooked thoroughly. Toast rolls over indirect heat if desired. Keep an eye on the rolls as they toast quickly.

Step 6
Build your slider: bottom roll, grilled chicken, Sriracha slaw, pinch of sesame seeds, top roll.
