Sweet Island Chicken Sandwich

8 Boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 Avocados, thinly sliced
1 Cucumber, peeled thinly sliced long ways
1 Head butter lettuce, washed and separated
Sriracha Mayonnaise
Sesame Seeds (optional for garnish)
1 Bottle King’s Hawaiian Sweet Island Ginger Sauce
1 package King’s Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Hamburger buns


Step 1
In a Ziploc bag, combine chicken and 1c King’s Hawaiian Sweet Island Ginger Sauce. Let marinade in fridge for 4 hours.

Step 2
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Place chicken on grill and cook each side for approx 5-6 mins or until thoroughly cooked, brushing on more sauce in between if you prefer.

Step 3
Build your sandwich. Bottom bun, sriracha mayo, butter lettuce, grilled chicken thigh, cucumber, avocado, sesame seed garnish and top bun.
