Teriyaki Ginger Salmon Sliders

Ingredients

2 KING'S HAWAIIAN Sweet Rolls
1/4 ounce Fresh Salmon Fillet
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
2 teaspoons Wasabi Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon pickled ginger

Preparation

Step 1
In small bowl combine teriyaki sauce, sesame oil and fresh ginger

Step 2
Cut salmon into two pieces marinate in teriyaki sauce for 4 hours.

Step 3
Turn oven on to broil.

Step 4
Put salmon on cookie sheet and broil about 7 minutes until cooked. Set aside

Step 5
Cut King’s Hawaiian rolls in half

Step 6
Spread one tsp. wasabi mayonnaise on each roll.

Step 7
Top mayonnaise with ½ tsp. of fresh ginger

Step 8
Top with cooked salmon.
