Tropical Pulled Chicken Sliders on King's Hawaiian Rolls

Recipe Details

1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken

1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup coconut rum

2 cloves chopped garlic

1 tablespoon honey

to taste salt and pepper

to taste Sriracha sauce

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
Step 2
Cook on low for about five hours, or until chicken pulls apart easily.
Step 3
Serve on King's Hawaiian Rolls.


Serve with Sriracha sauce or mayo and Sriracha with lemon zest.
