Wasabi Mustard Tuna Salad Sandwich

4 each King's Hawaiian Sweet Hamburger Buns
1/2 teaspoon Butter (for toasting buns)
(2) 12 ounce cans Albacore tuna in water
2 cups mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Auntie Liliko'i Passion Fruit Wasabi Mustard (available online at www.kingshawaiian.com)
1/4 each Large sweet red onion
1/2 each Hot House English Cucumber
2 each Celery stalks
To taste sea salt
To taste Fresh Ground Pepper
2 each Vine ripe tomatoes
1 cup Baby arugula
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
8 ounces Shredded cheddar cheese
4 each Baby dill pickles (for garnish)


Step 1
Open canned tuna and drain water. Place tuna into a large mixing bowl.

Step 2
Combine drained tuna with mayonnaise and Aunty Liliko'i Passion Fruit Wasabi Mustard.

Step 3
Dice red onion, cucumbers and celery into ¼ inch pieces. Add into bowl with tuna mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Step 4
In mixing bowl, toss arugula with white wine vinegar, sea salad and pepper.

Step 5
Slice vine ripe tomatoes into ¼ inch slices.

Step 6
In a small sauté pan with butter, toast Kings Hawaiian Sandwich Buns.

Step 7
Place bottom toasted bun onto oven safe platter. Top with arugula mix, then sliced tomatoes, then next tuna mix. Top generously with shredded cheddar cheese.

Step 8
Broil for about 20 seconds or until cheese melts.

Step 9
Transfer to plate. Skewer baby dill pickle, then skewer top bun to rest of sandwich.
