Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter and mix in mustard, sauce and onion.
Step 2
Cut the entire pack of rolls in half, horizontally (keeping all top and bottom halves separately in tact).
Step 3
In a 9x13 inch pan, place bottom half of rolls and cover with ham and cheese.
Step 4
Cover ham and cheese stacks with top half of rolls.
Step 5
Drizzle butter mixture over top of rolls, making sure onion is evenly distributed.
Step 6
Refrigerate over night.
Step 7
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes and, once finished, separate for serving.

I fit 2 - 12 packs of rolls in a 9X13 pan and made according to directions, refrigerating overnight. It was a big hit. I also thought of using only 1 stick of butter next time though.

Neighbor brought over to my husband and I. We LOVED it soooo much, my first try is tonight/tomorrow. Cant wait for dinner tomorrow. Highly recommend this meal. Pinned it for all my friends!!!

Agree about the butter being too much. I use a pastry brush & just brush thickly on top of rolls; Not soggy.

This was a hit at my house. Easy to make too. Next time I will reduce the amount of butter. They were a little soggy. I will also reduce the amount of ham and cheese. I think If you cut the ingredients in half it would have been perfect for 12 rolls.

There was entirely too much butter, I wish I would have read the other comments posted. Also the ham and cheese could have been spread over two dozen rolls.
